A dynamic Reformer class using the jumpboard to add a low-impact cardio element to your workout. You’ll build strength, stamina, and coordination while getting your heart rate up - all with the support of the Reformer and spring resistance. You’ll work the whole body in a fun, supportive environment. Expect flowing sequences, clear guidance, and an energising session that’s kind to your joints.
