Returning to movement after birth is not about rushing back or “getting your body back.” It’s about rebuilding strength, confidence, and connection - at your own pace.
Our Postnatal Reformer classes are designed to gently support your recovery after birth, with a focus on core and pelvic floor connection, posture, and functional strength for everyday life. Sessions are calm, supportive, and realistic, with space to pause for feeds, cuddles, or settling your baby if needed.
You’re welcome to attend on your own for some time to yourself, or bring your baby along. Babies are welcome up to the pre-crawling stage.
Please note we are a first-floor studio and we do not have pram storage. To keep the studio calm and safe, we recommend bringing a baby carrier and a small mat or blanket for your baby during class.
Suitable from 6 weeks post-birth, or 8–10 weeks after a C-section, with medical clearance
You’ll need to have had your postnatal GP check and been given the go-ahead to return to exercise
We strongly recommend a women’s health physiotherapy check before starting, particularly if you’ve experienced pelvic floor symptoms, abdominal separation, or a more complex recovery
These sessions are intentionally gentle and guided, allowing your body the time and care it needs as it heals. As your strength returns and your baby becomes more mobile, we’ll help guide you into the most suitable next class for you.
