A gentle, supportive class designed to help you reconnect with your body after birth. We focus on rebuilding core strength, improving posture, and easing common postnatal aches - all at a pace that feels right for you.
This is a relaxed, baby-friendly space, so little ones are very welcome to come along. Whether they’re snoozing, feeding, or needing a cuddle, there’s no pressure here - just come as you are.
✨ Suitable from 6+ weeks postnatal (or 8–10 weeks after C-section), once you’ve been cleared for exercise.
Please note:
Our studio is located on the first floor and we unfortunately don’t have space to store prams inside. If possible, we recommend bringing your baby in a carrier or car seat.
