Get cosy on a mat under our coloured ambient lighting, pop on an eye mask, and let the sound of crystal bowls do the work. No core engagement, no "find your neutral spine," just you, gently melting into the floor while someone else does all the effort for once. Herbal tea after, because obviously.
Bring: a pillow, a blanket, and whatever makes you feel like you're floating
