Move the way Joseph Pilates originally intended. This class follows the traditional order and principles of Classical Pilates, focusing on control, precision, breath, flow, and deep core connection. Expect intelligent, structured movement designed to build strength, stability, posture, and body awareness from the inside out.

Using your own body weight primarily (with the occasional small prop), you’ll work through exercises that challenge the whole body - not just the abs. Movements may look simple, but don’t be fooled… the slow burn is very real, pookie. Small adjustments and proper technique make all the difference here.

Suitable for all levels, with options and progressions offered throughout. Whether you’re completely new to Pilates or looking to deepen your understanding of the classical method, this class will help you move with more control, confidence, and intention both in and outside the studio.
