Jooles is a Level 3 qualified Mat and Reformer instructor with 13 years of experience in the fitness industry, including a background in rowing coaching and aerobics. She brings a classical approach to her Pilates teaching, with a strong focus on precision, alignment and breath.

Her own experience using Pilates to rebuild strength and fitness after a period of ill health gives her a genuine understanding of what it means to start again - and her classes reflect that. Expect a structured, supportive environment where the fundamentals are taken seriously and every client is met with patience and care.

Outside the studio, Jooles is a competitive rower with ambitions to row the Atlantic - so she knows a thing or two about what commitment to a goal looks like.
