With over 25 years’ experience in the fitness industry, Julia has a background spanning sports therapy, personal training, and health and nutrition coaching. Her teaching now focuses on Pilates, Reformer Pilates, and indoor cycling, with an emphasis on strength, confidence, and long-term wellbeing.
